Bad patch to resolv/netdb.h

2000-07-31 Andreas Jaeger <aj@suse.de>

        * resolv/netdb.h: Remove getipnodebyaddr and friends.

removes some AI_xxxx. But AI_ADDRCONFIG, AI_V4MAPPED and AI_ALL are
still used at least by getipnodebynm.c. Shouldn't those references
be removed first before removing the definitions?
