Hi!

While playing with ldconfig, I noticed ia64 does not use its own
readelflib.c nor is FLAG_IA64_LIB64 used anywhere.
Is it just that some patches are not merged yet or does it mean ia64
purposedly does not want to share ld.so.cache between 64bit and 32bit
libraries?
