list of undocumented functions


I've checked in a script I was using for a long time to track the
functions which are missing documented.  I refined it today a bit to
generate HTML directly.  You should have no problems using it.  Go
into the manual subdir of the source tree and pass the directory name
of the build directory to the script

  cd $SRCS/manual
  ../scripts/documented.sh <build-dir>

If somebody wants to upload the result regularly to some web site I'd
have no problems with that.
