[PATCH] Fix clock_settime


Hi!

This patch fixes:

../sysdeps/unix/clock_settime.c: In function `clock_settime':
../sysdeps/unix/clock_settime.c:43: warning: `retval' might be used uninitialized in this function

warnings, which were correct in this case.
