[PATCH] Fix ppc bits/link.h


Hi!

On ppc (as well as sparc, s390 etc.), unlike i386, installed headers should
be usable both for -m3{2,1} and -m64 compilations.

	* sysdeps/powerpc/powerpc64/bits/link.h: Moved to...
	* sysdeps/powerpc/bits/link.h: ... here.  New file.
