Now, after explanation made by polish language expert (comment #19), we know
that previous version of Polish locales was correct in computer systems. Rules
defined in ISO/IEC TR 14652 are simple and clear. I don't know where is the
problem now.
Do you remember Occam's razor (Ockham's razor) rule?
