It can of course but isn't good enough for standards and for computer systems.
It is good enough for poems, mewspapers or novels.
Another problem is with polish documentations and manuals (e.g. man for "date").
Do you think it's good idea to make different manuals for one command?
Maybe you want someone to add in polish version of "date" man:
"%b - Arfrever.FTA@GMail.Com said - this is legally not to use this parameter in
Poland. This parameter is not for you Poles it's only for English people"
