Hi.  I am the current moderator of the libc-locales@sourceware.org
mailing list, but no longer have the time required to do the job
properly.

Please change the list configuration to use Dax Solomon Umaming
<knightlust (at) ubuntu.com> and Keld Simonsen <keld (at) rap.rap.dk>
as moderators.  Both have volunteered to take over.

CC to the list to let all subscribers know.
