hi,
I spent a while looking at elf/dl-libc.c and I have to confess that I
am still fumbled: how, when, and who initializes _dl_open_hook to a
non-zero value when SHARED is defined ? I did a couple of greps but
__libc_register_dl_open_hook seems to be defined only when SHARED is
not defined.
