RCS ids in sources, argh

The ones in docs/html were initially generated, but not any more.
Those lines can be removed.

docs/doxygen/run_doxygen is being edited by me right now -- I too wish
for man pages -- and I'll take out the tag there.

I don't think the Makefile.am ones need them.

It's easier to grep for the filename in CVS/Entries anyhow, I think.  :-)
