none OS specific i386 setjmp

There was also a sys subdirectory with the matchine setjmp.h. :)

In 1.8.0, it looks strange.  There are "generic i960" and ca specific
routines.  I do not see how under the current build arrangement, the ca
specific ones could ever be built.
