 Hi,

 C-standard doesnot require LC_MESSAGES. POSIX defines LC_COLLATE along with
 LC_MESSAGEs .
 Is it required in the C-  locale  to support all the categories ( like
monetary, Numeric, Time , messages, collate )   ?
