There's a neat bug in tzset_r.c.
char *_tzname[2] = {"GMT" "GMT"};
should be
char *_tzname[2] = {"GMT", "GMT"};
I say neat because it's one of those few instances where C becomes a
"I can make some sense out of any construction." language.
