If you're building on linux you can ignore the references to msys, msysdtk and the windows paths.

I'm also maintaining an arm-elf cross compiler used for gameboy advance, Nintendo DS and GP32 which could potentially be modified for any other arm-elf target. This can be found at http://www.devkitpro.org while most of the binaries are hosted on the sourceforge site at http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=114505 .
