Wow. My head was really screwed on backwards. I meant 2006-04-03.

If the binutils version is the only significant difference between me
and everyone else, I can certainly give it a shot.

My only other guess is that it's somehow related to my version of bash
or make. That'd be pretty surprising too though.

Debian bash=3.1-2 make=3.80-9
GNU bash, version 3.1.5(1)-release (i486-pc-linux-gnu)
GNU Make 3.80
