systems running with ARM processors, then yes I can help.

Pedro Alves and I are working on the cegcc project which implements just
that.

Our gcc is more recent than you mention, this is what we use :
	gcc 4.1.0
	newlib 1.14.0
	gdb 6.4
	binutils from cvs (16 may 2006)
	w32api 3.7
