Ok, checked in. It never got checked in and there was no follow-up from
Ralf who submitted it. The probable reason: nobody cared since no functions reference it; however, yes, it is part of SUSV3, only contains macro definitions, and after two years, one person (you) actually wants it, so I have checked it in.


This was during a big sweep where we tried to reduce the RTEMS
newlib patch to nothing.  I can see where it got lost.  At this point
I assume we didn't miss anything else. :)

Are there other standard header files which don't have functions
that are missing?
