New microkernel support in newlib

Hi people,

I'm currently developing an academic microkernel (DNA-OS, currently hosted at http://www.github.com/apes). Although it is still in rapid development, it is already in a stage advanced to be fully integrated in the newlib (modulo process-related functions such as exec and fork, as well as most of advanced posix functions).

What can be done to integrate danos support in the newlib source repository (being that the support patches already exist)?
