To conform to the provided "makefile" (buildlib.bat), in the release project
settings, you should set:
C/C++ -> Code Generation -> Use Run-Time Library : Multithreaded (aka /MT)
You should also set these options:
C/C++ -> Code Generation -> Processor : Blend*
C/C++ -> General -> Warning Level : Level 4
