Start of task_finder2.
* runtime/task_finder.c: If STP_TASK_FINDER2 is defined, use
task_finder2.c.
* runtime/uprobes/uprobes.h: If STP_TASK_FINDER2 is defined, ignore entire
file.
* runtime/stp_utrace.c: New file.
* runtime/stp_utrace.h: Ditto.
* runtime/task_finder2.c: Ditto.
