I suppose you could build it separately, haven't tried, but in any
case it's pretty self-contained - just copy the files in fs/relayfs/*,
include/linux/relayfs_fs.h and a one-line change each in fs/Kconfig
and fs/Makefile.  Oh, and the documentation in
Documentation/filesytems/relayfs.txt.
