[Bug translator/5690] New: optimize more unused arrays

Consider the following script:

  global foo
  probe begin { foo[1] = 2 }
  probe end { delete foo }

Then the "foo" array should be elided, since it is only
ever written to but not read.  (But see bug #5686, which
would kick in with an extra flag and override this behavior.)
