The uprobes module may have been providing services to more than one
systemtap probe session. Some of these services (e.g., pending
uretprobes IIRC), require deferred cleanup that we don't want to block
systemtap for. Since we lack systematic refcounting/cleaning uprobes,
it ends up being left around.
