Subject: [Bug tapsets/10647] New: Support jailed environments

We should try to support jailed environments in the information that our tapsets
return, but which I mean things like pid namespaces and chroot environments.  In
the general case, the user may want the information to match their current login
environment.  In the --unprivileged case, it may be more critical to avoid
information disclosure.
