[PATCH -tip 1/2] mm: Introduce coredump parameter structure


Introduce coredump parameter data structure (struct coredump_params)
for simplifying binfmt->core_dump() arguments.
This also cleanup DUMP_WRITE() in elf_core_dump() by style issue.
