[Bug translator/12025] New: Have appropriate selection of hex and decimal formatted output for automatic output

The automatic printing in systemtap is very useful for "one-liner" scripts.
However, the automatic printing uses hex printing formatting for scalars. It
would be nicer for systemtap to use decimal format as default and use hex for
things that are are pointer values.
