Summary: reduce excessive comingling of staprun / stapio
sources
Product: systemtap
Version: unspecified
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: runtime
AssignedTo: systemtap@sourceware.org
ReportedBy: fche@redhat.com
stapio and staprun share a certain common.c, which really ought not to
be, since the former program needs only a wee subset of the latter's
command line options. This is a symptom of excessive code sharing between
the two programs (which used to be just one program, so that makes some
sense).
