	Help configure find the Tcl/Tk installation under Msys MinGW32.
	Actually test the dirs reported by {tcl,tk}Config.sh for existence.
	Filter out unwanted raw static libs reported by tkConfig.sh in some cases.
	Regenerated configure script.
