configure problems in xc7.1.89

Hello,

I think this is probably a global problem, though I've only tested on
Solaris 2.5.1.

In kernel/configure.in, the line:

host_makefile_frag=`${srcdir}/../config.host ${host} ..`
						     ^^
is still using a second argument to config.host which no longer uses
it.  The configure.in files in the other subdirectories are the same.

This results in the following output from configure:

*** Expected host makefile fragment "./config/mh-solaris"
*** is missing in /a/mensae/home/casa/veale/download/xc7.1.89/kernel.
*** Expected host makefile fragment "./config/mh-solaris"
*** is missing in /a/mensae/home/casa/veale/download/xc7.1.89/x11.
*** Expected host makefile fragment "./config/mh-solaris"
*** is missing in /a/mensae/home/casa/veale/download/xc7.1.89/curses.
*** Expected host makefile fragment "./config/mh-solaris"
*** is missing in /a/mensae/home/casa/veale/download/xc7.1.89/doc.

...etc.
