After a summer vacation followed by excessive time at work :-) ,
we now have another snapshot. The main changes here are better
identification of islands and lakes for naming, Sami Perttu's new
supply line code, and the new tcl/tk interface.

If you want to try out the tcl/tk interface, first be sure you have
tcl/tk 8.0 already installed on your system (-ltcl -ltk should work).
Then do "make all-tkconq". This will build "tkconq" in the x11
subdir. You can then run "tkconq" just as you would "xconq"; in fact
both use the same main program. However, tkconq has a number of
restrictions, such as only one human player. In theory this would
"just build" under Windows, but I haven't tried it yet...
