Well, it's very hard to produce a balanced and interesting set of
units offering both playability and strategic depth.

A basic fault is a lack of distinction, or an overdose of symmetry,
between different units. For example, it doesn't make any sense to allow
an army to attack bombers (stdunit.g). Often the units differ only in
fire range, speed and hit points (panzer.g).

Large scenarios tend to degenerate into slugfests (normandy.g for
example)... forward bases are too easy to build... supply mechanics
suck (that's partly my fault)... concentration of force doesn't bring
any tactical advantages... etc.

Ok, enough, I'm going to shut up now. Constructive criticism = patches
and I don't have the time to provide any.
