New features!

I've just committed three new features for the tcl/tk interface.

1. The current unit now has a health bar drawn overhead. Green down
to 50%, yellow down to 25%, red below that, in the usual fashion.
Per-game-module color/percentages is left as an exercise for the
hacker, I think the single appearance will be sufficient for nearly
everybody.

2. End of game handling is much cleaned up - there is a scores window
you can bring up (can do at anytime during game actually), and all
the commands are disabled properly. You can toggle the see-all
effect with the See All from the View menu, although you'll notice
a couple bugs that need fixing.

3. Last but certainly not least, you can now have multiple map
windows! They are completely independent just as for the old X11 or
the Mac interface. Get a new map by picking New Map from the Windows
menu. Unfortunately, two maps take twice as long to draw as one, so
you will experience some slowdowns, and the little blasts during
combat are not drawn simultaneously, which is lame. I've tested most
commands and interactions to ensure that they are handled
independently, but I may have missed one or two; let me know if you
find anything bizarre.
