Mike Howe found a nasty save/restore bug that only happens on Windows,
so I fixed, bumped the version to 7.2.95, and put up a new binary
snapshot.  No point in doing a source snap for this though, the change
only affects the Windows port.  The next "full" snapshot will
therefore be 7.2.96.
