cleanups in roman.g

Well, I'm more interested in bugfixing and play-testing than
redesigning anything.  So I'm not sure that makes me much of a
maintainer.

I've checked in a massive change to do this (and because I got sick of
all those edits, removing the email address from some files so I won't
have to change it again later :-)).

I also put in comments clarifying the maintainership (or lack thereof)
of those games, which might be getting overboard in terms of
formality, but should be harmless/informative enough.
