Codewarrior doesn't use makefiles. You just drag and drop your files onto
the project. But maybe somebody who has the MS compiler could write a
makefile for it?
I will add an install file, as Jim suggested, but first I need to know what
MS libraries people should use. If anyone can figure this out I would be
interested to hear.
