What sort of errors are you encountering? I haven't had any problems
with Xconq and Cygwin on and AMD/Win 98 platform.

I am a newcomer to the art of compiling, and I couldn't get the latest
version of Xconq to compile properly using Cygwin, so I am awaiting a
Windows binary release. Any news??
