I have checked in two more improvements:
First, you may have noted previously that terrain had a tiled appearance
with a repeated pattern every few cells, even where several different
images were used to draw the same terrain. This has now been fixed.
Second, I have checked in further fixes to the player setup list. The bogus
Remove Side button now finally works as expected. Several other bugs have
been fixed, too.
