Actually, I agree, and had this in the back of my mind. I was going to
mention this if the existing games turned out not to be too heavily
dependent on the existing table; __they're not.

That, and I think it was either the 'acp-to-enter' or else one of the
'mp-to-[enter|leave]' tables was advertised by the GDL refman as having
this reciprocal property, but it didn't, in fact. And in that case, we
never heard back from the guy who was working on that "Blackhawk Down"
game, after he inquired about this, and you told him the way it actually
worked....

Let's go for 4 tables:
occupant-adds-acp
occupant-multiplies-acp
transport-adds-acp
transport-multiplies-acp

That way, the ACP modifier tables will be more flexible and consistent
with the speed modifier tables. (Of course, we don't need
'transport-adds-speed' or 'transport-multiplies-speed' as those would be
a bit strange, I think. :)
