Just to clarify: The supply low occured at 10 fuel points
remaining which is the same as 8 hexes of movement. Just want to
be sure you are not chasing phantom bugs. The resupply-percent
for a fighter is 60% of 18 = 10.8, so the calculation appears
correct.
