It is apparently an old file (over a month old), given that "/" is being used as the symbol for bases, instead of "_". It is over a month old, because, according to the ChangeLog, I last changed it on 2004/06/21 to make sure that there were no conflict with the GDL arithmetic operators that I just implemented:
