I have checked in more IMFApp fixes. I also fixed a bunch of menu problems
in xconq itself. The AI type and desinger menu items were not updating
correctly, and the on/off checkmarks were not working at all under Windows.
It's amazing how new bugs still keep popping up that we didn't notice
before.
I have also checked in Henry Cobb's improvements to the Time game.
