The TX prefix, as I understand it, was unique to the XML Parser from IBM
Tokyo (Tokyo Xml?), before it was contributed to "the Apache Xerces-J code
base, which is the basis for XML4J version 3." V3 has removed support for
the TX prefix, I believe, but you can still download the earlier versions of
XML4J from http://alphaworks.ibm.com/tech/xml4j
