If you want to use Microsoft technology, IE5, XMLDOM, MS BizTalk, SOAP and
so on
there are 2 brilliant books:
"XML IE5" Alex Homer, WROX, 1999
and brandnew (a few weeks old) and very complete:
"XML Professional" WROX (excellent!)

* XML Bible by Elliotte Rusty Harold
* XSLT by Michael Kay
