I have used that, but even that produces the original node position
sequence.

If according to the IF condition I skip some of the nodes, I wanted the
selected nodes (that satisfy the IF condition) to pick up the new sequence.
Its a little complicated atleast for me as I am a beginner in XSL, but still
I am working on it. And I needed some ideas  which I can use in it.
