If anyone is taking notes, the Unicorn XSLT processor also does not
read external entities. When that is dealt with, it does run most of
my tests, but how do you do the equivalent of "time" in a DOS batch
file?
UXST falls into the usual "reasonable performance with small files, dog with
larger ones" pattern, so far as I can see.
how do you run msxml3 on the command line?
