Please look at www.renderx.com/Demos/fo2html/. This is not exactly what you
mean - it is an XSLT stylesheet for Formatting Objects that produces HTML+CSS1
as its output; but probably you can get some inspiration from there. (I wonder
if you can do it without XSLT, by mere CSS stuff: to handle footnotes or XSL FO
lists properly, you need conversions outside CSS scope).
