attribute on the img element
file://H:/xml/test/disp_jsr_banner_gif This says put
file://... as the attribute value
</xsl:attribute>
</IMG>
So you end up with <IMG SRC="disp_jsr_banner.gif"/>. The advantage
of doing it this way is that you can use <xsl:value-of
select="SomeTagHoldingTheImageLocation" />
