A command-line wrapper (source + binary) for Microsoft's XSLT processor can
be found here:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/downloads/default.asp?URL=/code/topic.asp?URL=/msd
n-files/028/000/072/topic.xml
Under XSL, click "MSXSL.EXE Command Line Transformation Utility". MSXSL.EXE
requires that MSXML.DLL be installed on the machine.

Or you might find that it's worth installing a free-standing XSLT processor,
just to help with debugging.
