I'm still trying to convert my HTML into NITF. One of the things I need to
do is trap for quotation marks and convert those pairs into <q> tags. I'm
already expecting to make the change using the DOM and some sort of pattern
matching or something but if possible I'd like to do it in my xsl.
I'm not holding my breath though.
