MyKey contains node
<xsl:value-of select="generate-id()"/>
with value
<xsl:value-of select="concat(d,':',e,':',f)"/>
</xsl:for-each>
By the way the // is needed in the above select but not in your match.
Initial // don't do anything in matches except alter the default
priority on templates (and don't do anything at all on a key
definition).
